Psychology and business strategy belong in the same conversation.
Â
I’m Nikki Heyder - a psychotherapist-trained business strategist, published author and entrepreneur with more than 14 years of experience building, running and advising businesses.
My background spans organisational behaviour, small business, clinical psychology and nervous-system-informed work. I have founded and operated businesses across private practice, hospitality, restaurants, retreats and online education, and I have supported service-based founders through the psychological and commercial realities of growth.
That means I do not look at your business as if every problem can be fixed with a better funnel.
And I do not look at every challenge as if it is a trauma response.
I am interested in the relationship between the two:
What is happening inside the person running the business - and what does the business itself practically require?
Because insight is useful. But insight without changed behaviour will not change your business.
The question is always: what changes on Monday morning?
Do you publish the post? Send the email? Look at the numbers? Raise the price? Follow up? Delegate the task? Train the employee? Hold the boundary? Make the offer? Repeat the strategy that is already working?
Your business does not experience your intentions. It experiences your behaviour.
