I'm Nikki. My work sits at the intersection of human behaviour, psychotherapy and real-world business strategy.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business and Organisational Psychology and a Master's in Psychotherapy. For nearly two decades, I've worked with human behaviour across corporate organisations, clinical settings and businesses.
My early career included organisational behaviour work in corporate environments. I went on to support people experiencing eating disorders as a health practitioner, and to work therapeutically with trauma and compassion-focused approaches.
Alongside this, I've advised and consulted for wellness businesses — from independent practitioners and service-based founders to luxury hotels and retreats.
That combination matters. I understand both what makes a business commercially viable and what can make the actions required to build it difficult for the person behind it.
Visibility, pricing, selling, uncertainty, boundaries and expansion aren't just tasks on a business plan. They can ask a great deal of us psychologically. And sometimes the real obstacle isn't psychological at all: it's a strategy, skill, systems or resourcing problem.
That's the perspective we'll bring together inside The Execution Gap. Not another motivational push — a more informed way to understand what your business needs and how to start moving forward.
